From the maker: These are very serious peppermint patties. We roll out a thin layer of mint infused fondant and cut it into rounds. Each creamy disk is then carefully placed between two hand poured wafers of premium dark chocolate. These dark gems are an absolutely perfect bedtime snack, or daily chocolate fix, for chocolate mint lovers. Pretty to look at too. Individually wrapped for freshness. (4 per bag.) Made with organic Oregon-grown "Black Mitcham" heirloom peppermint oil.
