A: You can place orders with us in many different ways! Our online store has our designs, arrangements, gifts and more available to order. All you have to do is add items to your cart and checkout by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to proceed with your purchase.
You are also welcome to come into our store to browse our collections and place orders. Our in-store hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday from 9am-3pm weekly.
Orders can also be placed over the phone. You can call us at 509-547-6091 during store hours to place orders or ask any questions about placing orders through any channel.

We recommend specifying what the event is in the comments/special requests box. That way we have a better idea of what you are going for in your design!
We also recommend attaching a card to the design/gift, which can be personalized as well! Let us know if this is something you would like and write your message in the comments/special request box at checkout.

Q: My order is not going through. What happened?
A: We are sorry to hear this! Orders that are not processing correctly can happen for a number of reasons.
Please ensure your means of payment is substantial as this can be a cause of a failed attempt to process an order. If your payment is substantial, it may be an issue of inventory, or our online store may be experiencing technical difficulties. Delivery + Shipping
Q: What is the charge of delivery?
A: All local delivery charges for the Tri-Cities area are $12. In order to place an order for local delivery, you must choose this option at checkout or your delivery will be delayed until we can collect the difference. We also ship gifts that is the reason for different options.

Q: How do I qualify for same day delivery?
A: You may qualify for same day delivery for any design or product if you place your order before noon that day and disclose what time you would like it delivered. Once placed, our designers and staff will get working on your order to deliver it out to you!
If we have any concerns with getting it out to you the same day, we will contact you accordingly.
Q: Can you deliver to a hospital or apartment complex?
A: Yes! If you are planning on sending a delivery to a hospital or apartment complex, the cost of delivery is $20. If you have questions about your delivery location and price, please call us during store hours at 509-547-6091 or email us at email@example.com.

Q: How do I order a custom arrangement?
A: You can order custom arrangements in various ways!
First, you can order a custom lucky bouquet through our website, which has a $40-$200 range depending on the size and design. You can also give us any information you feel is helpful for our designer at checkout if you have a concept or design in mind, and our designers will work accordingly.
Second, you are always welcome to visit us in store and consult with us about your custom arrangement. Our store hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm & Saturday from 9am-3pm.

Q: What’s a Lucky Box? How do they work?
A: Lucky Boxes are a fun curated gift! It's a way of celebrating someone or a special occasion or both! It's EASY. Choose a Box. Select each item and put in your cart! Include a card message (btw we also have a fabulous selection of greeting cards to purchase) we will hand write your message inside for you! Request a photo at check out and any other details you'd like our team to know. We also offer a designer's choice personal shopping experience. Where you can choose a price point and let us know details and a team member will create a box for your order. We can send you a picture via text or email of our creation. You may choose from our team designed Lucky Boxes or choose all the elements yourself through our website, in store or over the phone with us.
Lucky boxes are available for pick-up and delivery, as well as same day delivery if the order is placed before noon.
You may also have an in store shopping experience! Stop in, choose a lucky box & add your gifts! When our designer's are in store we can create a floral design for you or you may choose from our pre-made cooler designs as well! There's so many different combinations to create!
