Masala Chai Tea

This is chai the way it was meant to be drunk. While many market alternatives are sugary syrups or weak powders, our Masala Chai relies on whole organic spices and a robust Organic Assam Black Tea base. The Assam is crucial as it provides a malty, strong backbone that ensures the tea flavor cuts through milk and sugar, rather than disappearing. 

THE TASTE PROFILE:  It is a symphony of warming spices. Ginger provides the heat, Cardamom and Cinnamon offer sweet aromatic top notes, while Star Anise and Nutmeg add a deep, savory complexity. It is bold, spicy, and invigorating.

Aroma: Warm cinnamon rolls, cracked pepper, and malt.

Flavor: Robust black tea hit followed by a spicy ginger kick and a sweet, licorice-like finish from the star anise.

Body: Full and heavy (perfect for lattes).

The "Dirty Chai": This is the perfect base for a Dirty Chai (Chai + Espresso). The spices are strong enough to stand up to the coffee.
